Earth Energy Reserves, Inc. is a development stage, independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, production, exploration and development of unconventional gas resources in North America. We are primarily focused on unconventional coal bed methane (CBM) and shale gas developments utilizing underbalanced, multi-lateral horizontal drilling techniques to optimize the profitability of every gas field we acquire and develop. We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado. 

We see attractive advantages in focusing on unconventional CBM gas reserves. Virtually all small public and private E&P companies operating in the mid-continent focus primarily on conventional oil exploration and/or unconventional natural gas shale exploitation and development. EER's principal objectives are to drill for, develop and produce CBM natural gas reserves in a business sector of the energy industry which is not overpopulated.
